Okay people. I’m going to lay this out really simply for you.
Losing weight is not hard.
Humanity has pretty much cracked the code on losing weight.
The science is done. We’ve gotten there.
If your goal is to lose weight
Eat healthy food. (Meaning=vegetables, fruits, protein. Not=carbs and sugars)
It’s that simple.
(Look wow! A break through!!)
Our problem as a race is that we want instant results with NO effort. We want to lose weight while maintaining the same diet and not leaving the fucking couch. We’re lazy.
Weight loss systems/exercise equipment commercials crack me up because the testimonials will be like “This really works! I lost weight”
Well no duh you did.
You were working out!
I believe that this works. Exercise is exercise (on a random note, i have problems spelling that word)
When people complain about not being able to lose weight, I’m just thinking “You are obviously not trying hard enough”
Or you just cant stop eating easy mac and cheese.
